From idea to brand: strategy, identity, packaging and community before launch

When Healing Institute decided to launch a new brand in natural health, wellness and lifestyle, Tib & Terra was still only an idea.

There was no name. No visual identity. No packaging. No brand story. No launch strategy.

Together with Sandstone, Tib & Terra was built from the ground up. Not as a simple product line, but as a premium lifestyle brand with its own identity, positioning and story.

The goal was clear: create a brand that feels calm, natural and high quality, while being distinctive enough to build a loyal community before the first products reached the market.

The challenge

The natural health and wellness market is growing, but also becoming more crowded.

Many brands speak about the same benefits, use similar visual cues and target the same audience. For Tib & Terra, it was important to enter the market with a stronger foundation from day one.

The challenge was to build everything before launch:

  • A clear brand strategy.

  • A distinctive visual identity.

  • A strong brand story.

  • A consistent tone of voice.

  • Premium packaging.

  • Early awareness and community growth.

This was not about making products look better.

It was about creating a brand people could recognise, trust and connect with.


What we built

1. Brand strategy and positioning

The foundation of Tib & Terra was shaped through strategic sessions and creative exploration.

Together with the client, Sandstone defined the brand values, target audience, positioning, personality, mission, vision and tone of voice.

The brand needed to stand for more than natural products.

It needed to communicate balance, calm, conscious living and a modern connection to natural health.

That strategic foundation became the basis for every creative and commercial decision that followed.

2. Branding and visual identity

After the strategy was defined, Sandstone developed the full visual identity for Tib & Terra.

This included the logo direction, colour palette, typography, graphic elements, brand guidelines and visual language.

Every design choice was made to create a premium, calm and trustworthy brand world.

The result is an identity that feels refined, natural and recognisable, without becoming generic wellness branding.

3. Product design and packaging

The next step was translating the brand into a physical product experience.

Sandstone designed the visual system for the product range, including jars, labels, packaging, product naming, typography and visual hierarchy.

The focus was not only aesthetics.

Packaging needed to feel premium, clear, useful and consistent. Each product had to stand on its own while still feeling part of one connected brand system.

The result is a product line with strong shelf presence and a clear Tib & Terra signature.

4. Brand story and experience

A strong brand is not created by design alone.

That is why Sandstone developed the wider brand story around natural health, product quality, conscious choices, traditional knowledge and product origin.

This story now forms the foundation for content, social media, product communication and future campaigns.

It gives Tib & Terra a voice beyond product features.

5. Community building before launch

Before the official launch, the focus was not immediate sales.

The first priority was building awareness, recognition and trust.

Sandstone supported Tib & Terra with organic social content, community building, follower growth, email sign ups and launch awareness.

This created early interest before the products became available.

Instead of entering the market cold, Tib & Terra launched with an audience that already knew the brand and followed its development.

The impact

Tib & Terra shows that strong brands are not built by launching products first and fixing the brand later.

They are built by creating the right foundation before the market sees the product.

What started as an idea in a strategy session became a complete lifestyle brand with a clear identity, premium packaging, consistent communication and a growing community.
